information about Fetty Liver

1. Hepatitis: Inflammation of the liver caused by viral infections (hepatitis A, B, C, D, and E) or non-viral causes (such as autoimmune hepatitis and alcoholic hepatitis).

2. Cirrhosis: A progressive condition characterized by the scarring of liver tissue, often resulting from long-term liver damage caused by alcohol abuse, chronic hepatitis, or other factors.

3. Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD): A condition characterized by the accumulation of fat in the liver, often associated with obesity, insulin resistance, diabetes, high cholesterol, or metabolic syndrome.

4. Alcoholic liver disease: Liver damage caused by excessive alcohol consumption over an extended period. It includes fatty liver, alcoholic hepatitis, and cirrhosis.

5. Liver cancer: The development of malignant tumors within the liver, either as primary liver cancer (hepatocellular carcinoma) or secondary cancer that has spread from other parts of the body (metastatic liver cancer).

6. Autoimmune liver diseases: Conditions where the body's immune system mistakenly attacks healthy liver cells, leading to inflammation and liver damage. Examples include autoimmune hepatitis, primary biliary cholangitis, and primary sclerosing cholangitis.

7. Genetic liver diseases: Inherited disorders that affect liver function, such as hemochromatosis, Wilson's disease, alpha-1 antitrypsin deficiency, and Gilbert's syndrome.

The symptoms of liver disease can vary depending on the specific condition but may include fatigue, jaundice (yellowing of the skin and eyes), abdominal pain and swelling, nausea, loss of appetite, dark urine, and changes in stool color.

If you suspect you have liver disease or are concerned about your liver health, it is important to consult a medical professional for a proper diagnosis and appropriate treatment
