At New Touch, we have been treating hair loss since 1970. After having pioneered FUE in 2003, we innovated & launched the Direct Hair Implantation (DHI) technique TM in 2005. FUE & FUT With DHI Hair Transplant or Direct Hair Implantation hair follicles are implanted one by one directly to the thinning area that needs to be covered. Each hair follicle is placed in a specific direction, angle and depth, thanks to the DHI patented tool, the DHI implanter, providing 100% natural results and maximum viability. The implanted hairs continue to grow throughout a person’s lifetime and do not fall out. The whole procedure is performed by physicians trained and certified by the DHI Hair Restoration Academy of London, the one and only Academy in the world in hair restoration, and under strict DHI quality standardisation protocols that we have set up to ensure great results every time.
There are two types of transplants
Hair transplants are done in two ways. The first is follicular unit extraction (FUE) and the second is follicular unit transplantation (FUT). In FUE, two hairs are removed from the donor part while in FUT, one strip of hair is removed. It also requires stitches. In both cases the hair is removed along with the cells so that the cells become active after the transplant.

Some risks of transplant It is normal to have pain during and after the transplant. Tell your doctor if you have unbearable pain The part where the hair is removed can remain numb for 3-18 weeks. If this happens, see a doctor immediately. Bleeding may occur during transplant. Some people get better quickly and some people get better slowly. Swelling of the face and head is common. If this happens, seek medical attention immediately. Infections are often caused by the use of improper and dirty devices. So be careful of hygiene. Itching of the scalp after transplantation causes itching. Some people get relief from shampoo while for some the problem becomes serious.
Such caution is required Take special care for a week after the transplant, so that no kind of infection occurs. It has to protect the head from dust, dirt and pollution. Hats, helmets and wigs have to be worn. The doctor will tell you how to wash your hair. Some lotions and antibiotics are also given. The lotion has to be applied to the affected part. Hair transplant expert should be passed.
For hair transplant, there is a surgical sitting of five-six hours a week, under which some hair of the person's head is transplanted. This is how frequently fixed hair grafts are done in sitting. The surgery is attended by anesthesiologists as well as specialists in other devices. If the person undergoing the hair transplant has any kind of disease, it is reported in advance and the hair transplant is done keeping it in mind. The complete history of the person is known, why the hair disappeared, this is also studied. 2. The area of the tal is defined The donor area (where the hair is to be applied) is also defined. A long strip of hair is removed from the donor area under surgery In the bald area it is transplanted with the help of strip stitches The area with the implant is bandaged after the implant. Which is opened a day later Melting stitches are taken in the donor area. Which heals in a few days.
FUE Hairline Grafting (Physical Process) Hairline grafting i.e. follicle is also a method of hair transplant. If the hair on the front of the head is short, it cannot be fixed by the strip technique. One by one the hair is carefully grafted. This takes about 7-8 hours and the person is anesthetized. But the advantage of this procedure is that there are no stitches or marks on the head. Even the person undergoing the grafting does not realize the surgery. The doctor says that the effect on the head is seen within two weeks after the hair transplant. New hair begins to appear in the affected area in 2-3 weeks. These are just as natural and the same color as the other hair. In 2-3 weeks small hairs come out.
Which later lengthens and eliminates taliapana. The beauty of this is that it grows permanently in the scalp just like any other hair and grows for life. As far as the strip method is concerned, a hair grafting costs Rs 30-40. In addition the cost of seating and other equipment is added. Advanced technique on the other hand i.e. follicular method (FUT) costs Rs 50-60 per graft.
ADVANCED HAIR TRANSPLANT
In the simplest terms, Hair Transplant is the surgery in which hair is removed from the donor zone in the back of your head, where your hair is genetically programmed to grow for life and is transplanted into the balding and thinning areas of your scalp. Advanced Hair Transplant is an outpatient procedure performed under local anesthesia. Our doctors plan the surgery in advance, by carefully considering the stage of your hair loss, your goals and expectations. There is a step-by-step process for Hair Transplants, with the biggest difference being the choice of the donor hair harvesting technique. At Clinic Dermatech, we offer both FUT Strip Harvest and Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE) hair transplant procedures. Our doctors suggest and perform the technique that is best suited to you, based on factors such as your age and the hair density in the donor area.
FUT Strip Harvesting in which a strip of tissue is removed from your donor zone and then dissected into follicular units of 1 – 4 hair
